Established in 2007, BeyondEdu Cultural Exchange is a home-grown organization specialising in organising cultural exchange programmes for students and young adults from international backgrounds. Embracing a holistic approach, we aim to broaden students’ international outlook and provide them with first-hand experiences with aspects of Singapore not limited to its customs and culture, its education as well as its society.
Cultural exchange programmes aid in international exposure and cooperation by breaking down societal barriers and promote communal harmony. They encourage students to foster positive relationships, understand cultural differences and develop interpersonal skills needed for effective participation in our global society.
Education, together with early exposure and cultivation of such experiences, are essential to building international communal harmony and collaboration. Here at BeyondEdu, we collaborate with both schools and corporate organisations to organise exchange programmes that comprises of a variety of cultural activities that exposes students to new and unique experiences beyond their classrooms and communities. Through such international collaboration, these students are better able to acknowledge and embrace cultural diversity, and maintain dynamic relationships in their everyday lives.
